The Booker T. Washington-W.E.B. DuBois Youth Leadership Initiative is an education and mentorship initiative in which teens partner with young adults to create positive, long-term changes in their mental health and psycho-spiritual consciousness by applying principles of higher education, community development, and social uplift.

These conferences provide our young people with mentors, self-improvement workshops, and knowledge of self while also celebrating young talent and entrepreneurs through art, music, business and enterprise and more!
